Your mission

100 years after the invention of industrial methanol synthesis, we will fundamentally revolutionise this technology. Our disruptive process is based on homogeneous catalysis, which enables us to fundamentally rethink methanol production in a green way. Following the successful construction of our pilot plant in one of Germany's largest chemical parks, we are now starting the planning for our first commercial demonstration plant to take our technology to the next level.
We are looking for you to drive this milestone forward with us and take the next step towards the industrial production of green methanol!

Your mission will be:

You will plan and take responsibility for new projects to build our first commercial demonstration plant with external EPC contractors
You will communicate with external partners (e.g. funding organisations and authorities)
You will manage extension/change projects at the existing pilot plant in Leuna in coordination with the process development team

Your profile

You have 10 years of experience in project management and execution in the field of chemical plant construction; experience with safety and environmental considerations is a plus
You have experience with classic project management and scheduling tools and can deal with changing constraints
You have a talent for communication and enjoy coordinating a wide range of project partners and contractors
Budget and deadline responsibility are the be-all and end-all for you
You have successfully completed a degree in (chemical) process engineering
You are fluent in German and English

Ihre Aufgaben

100 Jahre nach der Erfindung der industriellen Methanolsynthese erfinden wir diese Technologie von Grund auf neu. Unser disruptiver Prozess basiert auf homogener Katalyse, die es uns ermöglicht, die Methanolproduktion grundlegend neu und grün zu denken. Nach dem erfolgreichen Aufbau unserer Pilotanlage in einem der größten deutschen Chemieparks, starten wir jetzt die Planung für unsere erste kommerzielle Demonstrationsanlage, um unsere Technologie auf das nächste Level zu heben.
Wir suchen dich, um mit uns diesen Meilenstein voranzutreiben und so den nächsten Schritt in Richtung industrieller Produktion von grünem Methanol zu gehen!

Deine Mission wird sein:

Du planst und verantwortest neue Projekte zum Bau unserer ersten kommerziellen Demonstrationsanlage mit externen EPC-Kontraktoren
Du kommunizierst mit externen Partnern (z.B. Fördermittelgeber und Behörden)
Du leitest Umbauprojekte an der bestehenden Pilotanlage in Leuna in Abstimmung mit dem Prozessentwicklungsteam

Ihr Profil

Du hast 5-10 Jahre Erfahrung in der Projektleitung und -abwicklung im Bereich Chemieanlagenbau; Erfahrungen mit Sicherheits- und Umweltbetrachtungen sind ein Plus
Du hast Erfahrung mit klassischen Projekt- und Terminplanungstools und kannst mit sich ändernden Randbedingungen umgehen
Du bist ein Kommunikationstalent und hast Spass an der Koordination unterschiedlichster Projektpartner und Auftragnehmer
Budget- und Terminverantwortung sind für dich das A und O
Du hast ein Studium im Bereich (chemische) Verfahrenstechnik erfolgreich abgeschlossen
Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch
