Ihre Aufgaben
Wir werden 100 Jahre nach der Erfindung der industriellen Methanolsynthese diese Technologie grundlegend revolutionieren.
Unser disruptiver Prozess basiert auf homogener Katalyse, die es uns ermöglicht, die Methanolproduktion grundlegend neu und grün zu denken.
Dazu starten wir unseren ersten Piloten in einem der größten deutschen Chemieparks, um auf Basis von CO 2 und grünem Wasserstoff unsere Technologie zu demonstrieren.

Wir suchen dich, um mit uns diesen Meilenstein voranzutreiben und so den ersten Schritt in Richtung industrieller Produktion von grünem Methanol zu gehen!

Deine Mission wird sein:

  • Du trägst Verantwortung für die erfolgreiche Inbetriebnahme und den Weiterbetrieb der Pilotanlage und löst auftretende Probleme aus verfahrenstechnischer Seite mit Unterstützung von Experten aus unserem Team in Leuna und Berlin
  • Du treibst die weitere Anlagenentwicklung und Umbauten voran, indem du mit Zulieferern technische Lösungen entwickelst, deren Implementierung und Funktion sicherstellst
  • Du planst und führst Versuchskampagnen an der Pilotanlage durch, wertest die Ergebnisse aus und stimmst nächste Schritte mit der Projektleitung ab
  • Du entwickelst und verantwortest eine zuverlässige Beziehung zu lokalen Partnern/Dienstleistern (Bauteile, Infrastruktur,…) incl. Projektmanagement
Ihr Profil
  • Du hast eine Techniker- oder Betriebsingenieur-Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Chemieingenieurwesen ö.ä. abgeschlossen
  • Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung mit dem Betrieb von chemischen (Pilot)anlagen; Erfahrungen mit Sicherheits- und Umweltbetrachtungen sind ein Plus
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch

Your mission
100 years after the invention of industrial methanol synthesis, we fundamentally revolutionize this technology.
Our disruptive process is based on homogeneous catalysis, which will enable us to fundamentally rethink methanol production in a green way.
To this end, we are launching our first pilot plant in one of the largest German chemical parks to demonstrate our technology on the basis of CO 2 and green hydrogen.

We are looking for you to drive this milestone forward with us and thus take the first step towards industrial production of green methanol!

Your mission will be:

  • You will be responsible for the successful start-up and continued operation of the pilot plant and solve problems that occur from the process engineering side with the support of our team in Leuna and Berlin

  • You will drive further plant extensions/modifications by developing technical solutions and working with external suppliers and ensuring their implementation and function

  • You plan and carry out test campaigns on the pilot reactor, evaluate the results and coordinate next steps with our local team

  • You will develop and be responsible for a reliable supply chain for all process engineering aspects (components, infrastructure,...) 
Your profile
  • You have successfully completed your education in the field of chemical engineering or similar

  • You have experience with development and operation of pilot plants; experience with with safety and environmental considerations is a plus

  • You speak fluent German and English
